Noida Authority and Greater Noida Authority today on 19th Octobe 2014 signed a MoU with Delhi Metro Rail Corportation (DMRC) for extension of metro on two routes. The first extension will be between Noida City Centre to to Sector 62, Noida and second extension will from Noida City Centre to Greater Noida. This MoU signed between with DMRC MD Mangu Singh and Mr.Rama Raman (The Chairman of Noida and Greater Noida Authority). The first extension from city centre metro station to sector 62 noida is of 6.672 kilometers and will have six stations while the second extension from noida city centre to greater noida will have 22 stations and the total distance of this route will be 29.7 kms. Authority also handed over two chequest to DMRC to carrying out the necessary work.
